Yes. You can add sales, record payments, and check balances even when internet is not available. When your phone is online again, your data syncs automatically.
Yes. Each customer and supplier has a separate ledger. You can see paid, unpaid, and total balance, and filter by date.
Yes. The Money tab keeps a Cash account by default. You can add bank or other accounts, record income and expenses, and transfer money between accounts.
Yes. You can add a full item sale with quantity, discount, and fees or taxes, or just enter the total amount for a quick bill.
Yes. You can add fees or taxes on a sale or purchase — percent or fixed, and inclusive or exclusive of the price. On amount-wise bills they apply to the whole bill. With Items, you can also set them on a line.
Yes. You can add more than one business and switch between them. Each one keeps its own customers, sales, money, and reports.
Deleted records stay in Trash for 30 days, so you can restore them. Your data is also backed up to the cloud. Sign in on a new phone and it comes back.
Yes. You can print from Bluetooth and Wi-Fi thermal printers. The app supports 58mm and 80mm paper rolls.
